  • Pricing depends on your group size, villa choice, meal style, and selected experiences. After your discovery call, we prepare a clear, itemized proposal. There are no hidden fees at any stage.

  • Most villas require a minimum of 10 to 12 participants, but this varies by location. We’ll guide you toward the best fit based on your audience size and retreat format.

  • Yes. The structure is pre-built for efficiency, but all sessions, teachings, and optional activities are fully customizable to your program.

  • No. Many creators host their first retreat with us. Our team manages logistics, operations, villa coordination, and scheduling so you can focus on your content and community.

  • Option 2 is only available for creators who meet our audience, brand, and retreat-fit criteria. If your profile aligns, we will explore this during the discovery call.

  • For Option 1 (Buyout Model), a base fee is paid after contract confirmation, followed by per-guest variable fees closer to the event date. For Option 2, no upfront payment is required.

  • Ideally 4 to 8 months in advance to secure villas, chefs, and experiences. Fast-track options may be available depending on dates and group size.

  • A full on-ground operations team handles transportation, suppliers, coordination, timing, setup, and smooth execution from arrival to departure.

  • We can provide optional sales support under the Buyout Model. For Revenue Share partnerships, sales collaboration is built in, depending on the project.

  • Yes. We work with a curated network of Italian villas. Each offers different capacities, price points, layouts, and atmospheres. We match you with the best fit after the initial call.
