SI Retreats is the hospitality and retreat management arm of SMOOK Italia. We design, plan, and manage fully produced experiences across 35+ private estates in Tuscany — for companies, creators, coaches, and communities.
Built from 15+ years inside Italian hospitality
SI Retreats didn't start as a retreat company. It started from years of managing properties, coordinating guests, and building relationships with chefs, drivers, guides, and local partners across Tuscany.
We saw the same problem over and over: people wanted to bring groups to Italy — their team, their community, their clients — but had no one on the ground to actually make it happen. The logistics, the language, the suppliers, the coordination — it was too much to manage remotely.
So we built the service we kept being asked for: full retreat and offsite production, managed end-to-end by a local team that already has the network, the properties, and the experience to deliver.
