We work with two models: a fixed management fee or a revenue-share arrangement. The right fit depends on the retreat format, group size, and alignment between both sides. We'll walk you through the options in our proposal so you can choose what works best for your business.
Not at all. Whether this is your first retreat or your tenth, we handle all the production and logistics. You bring your content and your audience — we take care of everything else and guide you through the process.
We work with groups from 8–10 guests up to 150, depending on the format and property. Smaller groups fit a single estate, while larger retreats can be spread across multiple nearby properties. We'll recommend the best setup based on your numbers.
Yes. Your retreat can be fully branded as yours — your name, your identity, your guest communications. We operate behind the scenes. We also offer co-branded formats if you prefer to present it as a joint experience with SI Retreats.
Ideally 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for peak season (May–October). This gives us time to secure the best villa and suppliers. That said, we've pulled off retreats with shorter timelines — reach out and we'll see what's possible.
This is flexible and decided based on our agreement. Some hosts prefer to manage their own sales and registration, while others prefer us to handle guest payments and coordination on their behalf. We'll find the setup that works best for your retreat.
