Pricing depends on group size, villa choice, duration, activities, and dining. We provide a detailed cost breakdown in our proposal with no hidden fees. Most 3–5 day offsites for 15–30 people fall in a range that's competitive with comparable European destinations — but with private estates and a fully managed experience.
We work with groups from 8–10 people up to 150. Smaller teams fit a single estate, while larger offsites can be spread across multiple nearby properties. We'll recommend the best setup based on your numbers and format.
Ideally 3 to 6 months ahead, especially for peak season (May–October). For larger groups, 6+ months is recommended to secure the best properties. We've also managed shorter timelines when needed — reach out and we'll see what's possible.
Yes. We select properties with dedicated meeting spaces, reliable Wi-Fi, and flexible indoor/outdoor areas for different session formats. We also bring in additional equipment (projectors, screens, whiteboards) as needed.
Absolutely. Our private chefs and restaurant partners accommodate all dietary needs — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, halal, kosher, and more. We collect dietary information ahead of time and ensure every meal is covered.
