Day-by-Day Program
A pre-built structure you can fully customize with your own sessions, teachings, and activities.
Day 1 - Arrival, Welcome Dinner, Afternoon Reset Session
Guests settle into the villa, explore the property, and ease into the retreat environment. Start with a gentle afternoon session to set the tone, followed by a warm, seasonal welcome dinner prepared by our chef.
Day 2 - Morning Session, Winery Visit
Your guests start the day with a focused morning session. At midday, take the group to a local winery for a private tour and wine-paired lunch. In the afternoon, you guide the flow: either continue with a session back at the villa or bring the group to Cortona for a relaxed cultural visit.
Day 3 - Morning Session, Cooking Class, Evening Gathering
A structured morning session followed by an immersive cooking class with our local chef. In the evening, you host a slow, intentional closing gathering that helps the group reflect on the experience, connect, and bring the retreat to a meaningful close.
Day 4 - Departure
Your guests enjoy a slow final morning with breakfast at the villa before checking out. We coordinate all logistics so everyone travels out smoothly. Your group leaves feeling rested, connected, and enriched by the shared experience.

Option 1 - Buyout Model
Creators pay a fixed base fee to host the retreat with full ownership of the revenue.
Fixed base fee covering villa use and retreat setup
Per-guest variable fee covering operational costs
You keep 100% of participant revenue
Optional: add sales support if you want us to help fill the retreat

Option 2 - Revenue Share
Available only for creators who meet our audience, brand, and retreat fit criteria.
A long-term collaboration model where we co-host the retreat with you.
No upfront payment required
Revenue split applied to participant fees after villa, logistics and supplier costs

No. We work with villas that accommodate groups as small as 6 and as large as 150. Your group size simply determines which properties we propose during the planning process.
