Local Hosts

The retreat is led in collaboration with local chefs, producers, and licensed guides who live and work in the area. Each host is involved in a specific part of the program, offering direct insight into Tuscan food, wine, and culture.

This approach keeps the experience grounded, personal, and connected to the territory, rather than delivered as a standard tour.

Jhonatan Acevedo

Jhonatan is the private chef for the retreat, responsible for preparing the group meals during your stay. His cooking blends Tuscan traditions with influences from his Peruvian background, using seasonal ingredients and simple, well-balanced preparations.
